Frequently asked questions about our service
Shipping & Delivery
Our cut-off time for overnight deliveries is 2pm. So long as we receive your files before then, we guarantee it will be printed and booked on an overnight courier the same day.
However, we are still relying on the courier service to do their part. All shipments are booked for overnight delivery but some things are simply out of our control.
As for jobs dispatched on a Friday, these will be delivered on Monday, as Saturday delivery is not available.
Can I pick up my order?
Sorry, we do not allow pick-ups with jobs ordered through Just Copy, we are an online service only.
How can you offer such low prices?
Unlike our competitors we have very low overheads so we are able to pass these savings onto our customers. Our buying power also allows us to be super competitive thanks to our great suppliers of stock and consumables.
What file types do you accept?
In a perfect printing world there would only be PDFs, as this is our preferred file type.
System fonts can change from computer to computer, from PC to Mac (especially with WORD files), so we like to receive PDFs, which have fonts embedded and hold their formatting as you see it.
You will find that all applications have the ability to either 'Save as' or 'Export' to PDF. More information can be found on our "File Specs" page.
