All descriptions of products are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit the quantities of any products that we offer to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction, on a case-by-case basis.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Just Copy reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until Just Copy confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as Just Copy may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted. In the event that we do not accept, make a change to, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made.
Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy [LINK].
You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. Unless otherwise expressly stated, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs or import charges.

We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

You may be provided with access to customer tools offered by third parties as part of the Services, which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.

Just Copy is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Just Copy. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Just Copy.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Just Copy, Shopify, and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from any losses, damages, liabilities or claims, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, payable to any third party due to or arising out of (1) your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, (2) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, or (3) your access to and use of the Services.
We will notify you of any indemnifiable claim, provided that a failure to promptly notify will not relieve you of your obligations unless you are materially prejudiced. We may control the defense and settlement of such claim at your expense, including choice of counsel, but will not settle any claim requiring non-monetary obligations from you without your consent (not to be unreasonably withheld). You will cooperate in the defense of indemnified claims, including by providing relevant documents.

By placing an order with Just Copy Limited ("we", "us", "our"), you ("the customer", "you", "your") agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.


1. General

Just Copy Limited is an online print service provider based in New Zealand, offering printing and delivery of documents and printed materials. By using our website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.


2. File Submission and Print Quality

  • All files must be supplied in print-ready PDF format unless otherwise arranged.

  • Just Copy Limited takes no responsibility for the quality of the final print resulting from customer-supplied files. This includes issues related to:

    • Low resolution images

    • Incorrect formatting

    • Colour mismatches

    • Missing fonts or elements

    • Bleeds, trims, or layout problems

  • It is your responsibility to ensure all files are accurate, high-resolution, and suitable for print. We do not provide a proofing or pre-flight service unless specifically stated.


3. Turnaround Times

  • Orders received and approved before 2:00 PM (NZST) on a business day are guaranteed to be printed and booked with the courier on the same day.

  • Orders received after 2:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.

  • Our production timelines apply only to our internal processes and do not guarantee courier delivery times.


4. Deliveries

  • All deliveries are non-signature and are sent via standard overnight courier services.

  • While we make every effort to ensure timely dispatch, Just Copy Limited cannot guarantee overnight delivery. Courier performance is outside our control and may be affected by factors such as:

    • Courier network delays

    • Weather events

    • Access issues

    • Public holidays

  • Delivery time frames are indicative only and no compensation will be provided for courier delays.


5. Saturday Deliveries

  • We do not offer Saturday delivery.

  • Jobs dispatched on Fridays are scheduled for Monday delivery, subject to the courier’s standard service.


6. Cancellations and Changes

  • Once a job is approved and submitted for print, it cannot be cancelled or altered.

  • Any changes must be communicated before the 2:00 PM cut-off time, and acceptance of changes is at our sole discretion.


7. Returns and Refunds

  • Due to the custom nature of printed products, returns and refunds are not available unless the product is defective or the result of an error by Just Copy Limited.

  • If a product is found to be defective, please contact us within 5 working days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.


8. Limitation of Liability

  • Just Copy Limited will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of business, revenue, or profit, arising from the use of our services.

  • Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.


9. Privacy Policy

  • Any personal information you provide to us will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not share your data with third parties unless required for order fulfillment (e.g., courier delivery).


10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of New Zealand courts.
